The route for wheelchair users does not include access to certain areas of the monument. The Palace of Charles V may be closed on some days due to organizational reasons of the Alhambra Trust or for events such as the International Festival of Music and Dance. The tour requires a minimum group size of 6 participants to take place. If the minimum number is not reached, an audio guide will be provided, and the price difference will be refunded.
