ITINERARY

After passing the insland of S. Giorgio Maggiore, the public gardens and the Lido, famous for its beaches, we reach the island os MURANO know throughout the world for its glass manufacturing industry. Here there is a stop os 75 minutes to visit one of the factories.

The second stop is on the picturesque island of BURANO, famous not only for its fishermen's houses painted in bright colours. The stop is about 90 minutes.

Ten minutes after leaving Burano we reach TORCELLO, the first centre of civilization in the estuary. Only the Cathedral with its magnificent mosaics and the church of S. Fosca remain as testimony of its former glory. The stop is a about 60 minutes. Duration of the trip about 6 hours.
